If it is certified as an ATX3.0 PSU it should have a 12VHPWR connection
If it is an ATX3.1 PSU then it should have the improved 12V-2x6 connection
On the GPU side; a 4070 Super will have a 12VHPWR connection.
If the GPU is new in box it will come with a 12VHPWR to multi-8pin PCIe adapter. If I recall correctly the 4070 Super will come with a 3x 2x 8pin PCIe -> 12VHPWR adapter to connect 3 8pin PCIe power cables from your PSU. Or if your PSU is ATX3.0 or 3.1 it should come with an 12VHPWR/12V-2x6 cable (the cable is the same) which you can use instead of the adapter.
SeaSonic does make a CORE series that is a reasonable budget lineup. Depending on market you can often find the CORE GX ATX 3.1 750W in the ballpark of $80- $90; or the 650W version for about $10 less but I'd argue it'd be worth spending the $10 for the extra headroom

This page shows the cables.

650W is the recommended minimum for the 4070 super and the deepcool 650W seems to have good protection specs + warranty on the 4070 and psu, and if stuff breaks my whole system is pretty cheap to replace and i have heaps of spare parts lying around
efficiency doesnt matter imo, no issues with efficiency on my p550b + apparently the p550b is a "explosion hazard" which it hasn't in the 5 (nearly 6) years i've been using this system
othewise

i'm not wasting 130 dollars on a PSU that is the exact same minus the deepcool not being modular (thats a pro in my opinion, less opportunity to fail)
never cheap out on a psu
when they start to fail, a good psu with working and properly set protections will turn off
while others can send voltage spikes outside of spec and kill other components
mobo, gpu, drives, usb devices, if bad enough, also the cpu, ram
warranty wont cover failures like that
a good psu can last 10+ years for the next build
atx hasnt changed too much since the late 90s
