It's how it is now even though they dont allow their citizens access Youtube but also want to control the narrative even on western websites.
It may just be they aren't overly reviewed so issues aren't picked up in the way they are for the others. It may be those giving bad reviews are doing it to drive clicks rather than because there are any real issues. Youtubes whole monetisation creates all sorts of issues.
If you want to go down a conspiracy route you could suggest that people are paid to give bad reviews of the other products.
It just happens that I had 3 sets of Logitech Speakers and I have 3 sets of Edifier speakers now.
All my Logitech ones broke at some point. The PC speakers with sub had way too much bass and no high tones making them sound horrible. One exception was for discontinued Z-3 with metal satellites that were good but they break easily and cables can't be replaced.
Edifier speakers are just too cheap for what you get and they sound natural without too much bass. China might be cheating by subsidizing Chinese companies but the speakers are OK for the price.
If you order from Amazon you can test yourself and send them back.
That's what an equalizer is for. Something we've always had on PC since Win3.1
Even an equaliser couldn’t help some speakers. Or built in bass and treple adjustment. And it can’t help with crappy, soldered cables with proprietary connectors that randomly break.
Anyway. Anybody can test speakers and send them back to amazon. Many Logitech speakers require fixing with an equaliser when even cheaper Edifier work fine by default and can be further improved with software.
We are talking about cheap speakers mostly anyway. For something better there are amplifiers and big hi-fi speakers from actual audio brands.
Celebrities and influencers live off their content, yes. But on a large scope, they don't get most of their money from the content. They get views from the content. Views they use to make sponsorship deals to then make money. Obviously, integrity plays a part here and there are still many online personas with integrity, but often money talks louder.
95% of what you see and hear on the internet is BS and the other 5%, make your own research.
At any rate, and even though sometimes there are streams of "hate content" or just a good old "mob bashing" that has no purpose other than to click bait viewers, companies don't pay for bad reviews and usually don't pay for bad reviews of the competition. Do bad reviews are often more trustworthy than good reviews. But always keep the 95% / 5% ration in your mind.
The only good Logitech speakers are those ones that used to go for like $500
I forget the model but those where actually good quality overall.
Lol wow. So gamer companies who make their money selling cheap products and slapping "gamer/gaming" on them and charging an arm and a leg get back reviews and premium companies get good reviews and your first reaction is to be racist?
Bruh....
Gaming companies make 2 things, mice and trash. Thats it. Need audio? Skip the trash headset and just buy headphones and a mic mic style mic. Need a keyboard? Skip the trash and buy Ajazz or for a bit more Ducky, or literally from dozens of better than gamer options. Need a sound device? Buy an audio interface or DAC/AMP/ADC combo and skip the sound card nonsense.
Theres no "Chinese companies bribe youtubers against gamer products" conspiracy. Its simply that the world is bigger than you thought and that "gamer" companies produce garbage with product buy in shackles.
Z 5500? I had two sets that beast can do 1000 watts on boost mode. No one makes pc speakers like that anymore today they would retail for 1000 bucks.
