a button to install ALL games
a button to install ALL games would be great if your main hdd crashes and you have 135 games (my buddy has 500 )

That would kill my internet. 250Gb a month limit, about 1Tb of games.

I just back my games up to a 2Tb external HDD. I would like a mass verify option though after I transfer it back. ;-P

Maybe not all games at once...but perhaps making a queue and downloading/installing a few at a time until all the games are done.

I think the key is to automate the process without killing a connection. 5-6 mouse clicks per game for 500 games is a hassle.

View your profile's ALL GAMES list/tab. They put a button next to each game to begin the install. Unfortunately you have to wait past that initial dialog thing for each one. Also the list doesn't include some Free2Play games unless you've gone to the store page and started the download.(unless they changed that recently).

Apologies for the late reply, but I'm sure a lot of people still reach this page when searching either Google or the Steam community discussions..

Just created a simple solution for it.
Download GreaseMonkey for Firefox, and install the following script:

They could rename the button to 'Download Steam' given the size of many libraries.

A queue option would be lovely, and i believe Valve mentioned it as a future feature, once everything is migrated to the new content delivery system.
