TF2 Backpack Editor
As many of you people should know, that if you want to edit your backpack in Team Fortress 2, you must to start the game. And almost always when you restart steam, the game need validation that takes like 10 minute (for me, do not know what about you)... It would be great if You could make that Team Fortress 2 players could (Edit Backpack (move items), Craft Items, Smelt Items... etc.) without running the game.

Just provide the editor right on the inventory page (for all game tabs) and I'll be very happy.

"Q: What is the item manager?
A: In short, it's the world's greatest war-themed hat-simulator-themed inventory simulator. But really, it's a Windows desktop application that allows you to manage your TF2 inventory without having to open Team Fortress 2!"

That manager is quite good, but you still need to wait for a few minutes to get the steam message for it to work and sometimes it freezes up there...
