Add a "Total Price" to the Wishlist.
For people such as myself who use the Wishlist as a way to keep track of games that they're waiting for a sale on, being able to see the total price would be a really useful feature for planning money management during big sales.

Yeah, this would actually be a very neat feature. Especially during Winter Sales; it would be very neat to know the amount for every game on your wishlist. Along with that, they would need to include a "Purchase All" button or, for people gifting, "Gift All".

If they're crafty enough I'd like a running total next to each game (assuming they're in ranked order). I'd love to see what can be bought with a certain budget.

Adding things to your cart directly from the wishlist would definitely be nice, though I feel that if they add that it would be important to also add the ability to add certain items to your wishlist that can't currently be added. Soundtrack editions of some games, for example, have no store page of their own and as a result you can't add them to your wishlist.
