A startup movie for pc client
Please allow the steam deck startup movies from the point shop to be used on the pc client instead of the default loading icon.

They are used on PC in Big Picture Mode.

I wouldn't mind it since I never use Big Picture Mode anyways. Kinda silly starting up Big Picture Mode just to see a start up video.

Yeah. just make it opt-in. If people already made a stink about the client splash page on launch, imagine a movie with sound...
