Me and other people on the steam community hate having item games that they can't be deleted or selled (for example portal 2 items), or point shop items that they haved regret buying and can't be deleted or refunded.

As a person who loves gaming I want a clean inventory, just like other people, make deletable or/and refundable point shop and game items.
