Suggestion for Valve, remove ghost cards from steam account's. They don't even exist in the inventory and serve literally nothing.

The badge progression for people who do not have a full set of cards to craft for the Summer Sale badge will remain until Valve decides to remove it.

For the sale events? All the time. It just takes them time to actually get around to doing it.
