It's annoying to have to adjust download rate every time I want to allow games to download at a slow rate while gaming. As such, I would like a second custom limit that is used while gaming so that some downloads can be continued without having to adjust the setting for it every time.

Additionally if possible, detection for games that are online only (and therefore with high demand for internet usage) would also help for implementing an option for games that aren't internet heavy so that downloads could occur at the full or a moderately reduced third custom limit. This would effectively mean that people would almost never need to change their download limits.
