language barrier

Is it possible for steam to implement an auto translation for steam or at least an option? As I look through some game feedback, some are not in english and without having to spend the extra time to get my phone and get a picture just to try and translate it, it would save a lot of time and effort.

No it is not possible.

previous 100+ threads requesting this you can look at, but it comes down to cost. Free for users to just copy the text over to websites like Google Translate, or use web browser auto translate, but to implement these type of services into steam, steam forums etc.. would cost $$$ per word, and steam would not be able to cache / store the results for each view and translation of the same page, same language. so say, 30 million views on a single page in spanish, translated to english, would cost them a very pretty hefty amount of $$$$, so no, not going to happen.
