Having a Gift List option vs the effective wish list for those who own a game (or not) and are watching for a sale to purchase the game for family or friends.

If you are an owner to a game, you want to gift to someone, you can no longer "Wish list" the game, and so you have to think to check manually periodically for games sales for a game you want to gift to someone. Perhaps as a derivitive of the Wish List with a fultered tag of "Owned" that is on by default since most of the time you really care about your wish list.
