NEVER add bundle games to a purchase if I did not click that option
I purchased Mech Havoc.
It was the only item in my basket.
There were no bundles or other products in my basket.
I specifically did NOT want to purchase the Mech Havoc/Lyca bundle and DID NOT click that option.
Mech Havoc was the only item in my basket at checkout.
Yet Steam still gave me the bundle option instead?
It's a great way to funnel money to the Lyca developers I'm sure, but I did not want Lyca and specifically chose NOT to click the bundle option.
That annoyed me so much I deleted Lyca from my account.
Just because Valve has my card details it does not mean they can spend money on my behalf.
DO NOT DO THIS!

so,

instead of assuming a glitch

or that you made a mistake

you assume they deliberately gave you a bundle

(one that is cheaper for the bundle than the individual games for me)

so they can make a couple more pennies? (edit:or less from me :ws_daman:)

even though you could just refund the games and get the one you want?

You must have clicked the wrong buy button and bought the bundle without realising. Although, you could have clicked the Lyca bundle as it is currently cheaper than just buying Mech Havoc on it's own.

Or stop accidentally clicking things and posting on the forum to inform everyone of it.
So, I noticed this behavior the other day.

I added a game to the cart. I go to the cart. I have a bundle in the cart. For me, the bundle was $5 cheaper because I owned an item in it.

The change saved me $5 because I didnt notice the bundle. I see nothing to complain about, especially with all of the bs "anti-consumer" nonsense spewed around here.
I only see this occasionally when adding to cart directly from my wishlist. It's giving me the better price through the bundle. I've not see it add a bundle that costs more overall because of the additional games, just getting another game or two seemingly for free this way, the bundle price being the same or cheaper than the game on its own.

Of course, there's always the cart to preview it before going through the checkout to decide if I want to keep it that way or not.
must be a incorrectly linked item or just weird luck.
Did you bought it from wishlist menu? Because buying from it bundles with Luca or whatever the other game is. If you buy directly from store menu its just the game
