Button to RATE and REPORT support tickets.
Simple 0 to 5 rating where
0 = really bad

many platforms have a "rate my support" system with a 1 to 5 score.
so this is not new nor is it a bad idea unless you work in support and have something to hide.

Support ONLY handles billing issues and account login/recovery issues.

If your issue is not one of those 2 things, then support cannot and will not help you.

And in the case of account recovery, if you cannot provide the proof that support asks for, then that's a YOU problem for not keeping things that would prove you own the account and not supports problem.

You not getting your way does not mean support is bad, it just means you are asking support to help with something they cannot help with.

You claiming they are bad is "just an excuse".
And a very bad excuse at that.

Yes they are.

Any issues with a game, they cannot help as they did not develop the game.

Support cannot help with any computer issues you may have because they did not develop the client, did not develop the OS, and they do not have access to your system.

If they told you to come to the forums, that is their way of politely telling you to stop bothering them with something they don't handle.

Just by looking at OPs post history, it tells the story of why they made this thread.

They don't like getting moderated and support isn't overturning a game hub ban I bet, so they want to have a way to harass support by giving them bad ratings.

That's a completely different team.
Moderation and Support are 2 different groups.

Also, if you got banned from a game hub, that is handle by the game devs and their appointed moderators. Steam support will not intervene as they have a hands off policy for game hubs moderation if the devs opt out of letting Steam support help with moderation.


And, free speech does not mean you can go anywhere and say what you want without consequences.
