Add "languages to download" when installing a game

Steam could save a ton of bandwidth and install space for users if there was an option to pick which language options to download with the game when you install it. Never going to use anything other than your native language? Don't install the other languages and save a dozen gigs just on the audio.

Ask the game devs to include this option.
