Improve Review Accuracy
I've noticed many positive reviews posted after just 10 minutes of playtime, saying "great game," even though the game takes over 10 hours to complete and the player hasn't unlocked a single achievement.

On the other hand, some reviews show 300+ hours played for a game that only lasts 4 hours, and all achievements were unlocked at the exact same time—clearly using cheats.

Why not check if the "finish the game" achievement was unlocked along with other achievements, and flag it if they were all unlocked at once? It would need to be smart and flexible.

For example, in Watch Dogs 1, achievements were added late and linked to Uplay, so they can all unlock at the same time legitimately. Games like this could be added to a whitelist, while others should be monitored to prevent fake reviews.

Just an idea—it’s frustrating to see so many misleading reviews. It pollutes the system and makes it harder to trust real feedback.

One does not have to complete a game to have positive feelings or opine that is great.

Replay value.
As for the achievements. well that's their business how they choose to get them cheevos.

Why? I mean the devs already can do this sort of thing but 99% don't care enough to bother. Why? Because cheevos are for a player's personal enjoyment and however they choose to personally engage with them is their own business.

M'dude. A review that differs from your expectations is not misleading, it's just a different opinion.
People can decide a game is good after 10 minutes, just like people can say they don't like a game after 5 mins

Reviews are accurately capturing the reviewer's opinion of the game.
You want reviewers that are obligated to play through the whole game. Go read the ariticals and watch the vids of a pro-review. The internat is lousy with them.

Your system would not work. If you earn achievements offline the next time you go online Steam sync's them and they all show as unlocked at the same time.

I have played through many games on my Steam Deck fully offline. So with your system my review would get flagged.

Also not all games gave "finish the game" the game achievement.

Didn't know for offline because I never play without Internet and I don't have Steam Deck.
Too bad it's complicated to set up and yes, some games don't have the "finish the game" achievement but it has to be smart, for example 3-4 achievements are mandatory to unlock because they are vital to the game to finish the game for example there are lots of conditions.
Not all games have achievements and with how they can be cheated, they are not a good measure for reviews.

Fake reviews in your opinion.

For Hatred:
And if you finish entirely offline, normally when you play survival mode, the stats are saved locally and uploaded to the Steam leaderboard once you're connected to the internet, right?
Why isn't it listed in the leaderboard? If you play survival mode, even if it's crap, it updates automatically once you die.

You are deeming it fake because it does not fit a criteria you set, while ignoring the hours played 351. As for the other you deemed fake you chose to ignore owned on PC finished on Switch 2.

People could see your reviews as fake by deeming the hours were idled and achievements cheated, could they not or would you argue they are genuine while deeming others fake.

I have achievements for Star Wars The Old Republic with the same timestamp on Steam because when i moved from the external launcher to Steam those previously earned were all given. I went back to the external launcher because of this, yet you would deem a review, if i actually wrote one to be fake.
