OP is talking about the "Private game" feature that prevents sharing of a game and hides it and it's stats from public. They want it changed or feature added that only prevents sharing of a game but does not hide game and it's stats from public.

Which is exactly what would be abused to securely lend/lease/loan games without other danger to the account in question.
