RDR2 SUGGESTION
Dear Steam Team,

I’m writing to you as a passionate gamer and a member of the Steam community who has always admired the way your platform brings people together through games.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is more than just a game – it’s a masterpiece that tells a story about humanity, loss, friendship, and freedom. For many of us, though, its price has been a barrier. There are countless players who dream of experiencing this journey but simply cannot afford it.

If Steam and Rockstar ever decided to make RDR2 free, even for a limited time, it would not just be a promotion. It would be an unforgettable gesture that shows how much you value your community. It would give thousands of people the chance to live Arthur Morgan’s story – a story that changes the way we see life, loyalty, and redemption.

Such an action would:

Inspire incredible goodwill towards both Steam and Rockstar.

Bring new users to your platform who may stay for years to come.

Strengthen the bond between gamers and the companies that care for them.

Even a temporary free event could touch lives in a way that numbers and sales cannot measure. Sometimes, the most powerful legacy is the joy you bring to people who never thought they’d get the chance to experience it.

Thank you for listening, and for continuing to be the platform that unites us all through the power of gaming.

With respect and gratitude,
Marios

RDR2 is on sale for 75% off, like, all the time. It's on sale right now.

Begging and glazing. Yuck.

ask epic games
Anyone who can't save money in six years doesn't really want the game. Why does rockstar need to worry about those people.

And "goodwill" LOL, not sure why people believe raising the point is anything but noise. It's worthless.

Even I would be ashamed rattling that tin cup so hard. And I am fairly poor.
Is the game about the cowboy bandits that sound like Clinton voters really that good?

Yeah it's a pretty good game. Even if you ignore all the story bit and character. The gameplay itself is really Peak Rockstar
Contact Rockstar, OP.

I have spend more time mooching around, hunting, playing poker and such, etc than on the story. Even though I liked the story.

Loved the little touches like putting on thicker clothes in the snow, caring for the horse, beard/hair grow, etc. From a roleplaying POV it was really good.
