Open External Links In Default Browser
Title. At one time this was how Steam worked and there's no reason to force us into using your internal browser.

Already exists: Steam > Settings > In Game > Web browser homepage

I have mine set to https://duckduckgo.com and my desktop browser Vivaldi opens.
