You can sort games in your library with a dynamic collection, using the Early Access tag and a collection will be automatically made of all your Early Access titles.

I created a collection named EAG and added Early Access games to it. When they release i add add them to another collection based on genre then remove them from the EAG collection.

Unfortunately not all Early Access games are added which are in your library and some which were previously Early Access are added, due to some flaw in the tagging system.

Did i state the flaw was exact? No, i stated due to some flaw.

What was my reasoning?

All the games i have which are Early Access are tagged and not all were added to the dynamic collection and previous ones which were tagged Early Access and added to the dynamic collection had the Early Access tag was removed.

I apologise if you think i am being an arse but i described what the flaw was from my perspective as someone who does not use dynamic collections after i tested datCookie's suggestion. It was a warning to the OP if they chose to go the dynamic collection route.

I have no idea why only 5 of the Early Access games i have in my library were added to the dynamic collection despite having 13 and all are tagged Early Access.

Added - Archaelund, Edge of War, Exanima, Stellar Tactics and Valheim.

Missing - Errannorth Renaissance, Farthest Frontier, Gloomwood, Heretical, Lost Eidolons: Veil of the White Witch, Netherworld Covenant, Peripeteia and Voin.

Maybe you can spot something i am missing to explain the flaw.

Looking further into it you are correct regarding the Early Access tag not being removed but it is a user tag, not a developer tag as Wantless, a previous Early Access game still has it and was added.
