Go ask the devs to make one.

Or they can just let us make our own frames. As the only thing you can upload on your own is static pictures, which makes Steam profiles unnecessarily limited.

Silent Hill 2 Remake still doesn't have any, Lollipop Chainsaw got some a bit later after release. I'm just mentioning extra ones that I wanted a "Game Profile" of.

I wanted a "Game Profile" for both Last of Us games but since Part 1 never got one, I knew Part 2 wouldn't get one either. It's a shame.
