Honestly not a fan of, or actually just hate and refuse to use Discord. I don't need another program to chat or voice chat in.

It's absolutely a long shot to even post as a sugestion/idea: Valve had a good start with features when the new features for friends and chat came in, but would it be possible to hone in on these features to really expand the Steam Community for both PC and Big Picture/Handheld/Steam Deck? ESPECIALLY for the Steam Deck.
