Adult games issue/idea
Run a second website that lists and sells steam keys for adult games. The game will only show in regular steam once you have entered a key/code. This way you can still have all your games in one place, but sales of adult games take place on a website with better verification. Only people that need worry about stronger verification are people using it looking for adult games.

Just an idea and thought this would help get this nonsense out of gaming news.

That still won't change the main issue.
It is the payment processors that are the issues.

Also most of the content that was forcibly removed was games holding illegal content such as underage characters.

Nope, because the issue is the payment processors don't want steam selling the game. Making another store for it doesn't remove the issue, they are still selling it and the fact that the game exists was what they objected to, not that it was on steam.
