Achievement Make-over
I like going for all achievements, however I have always envied PlayStation players since the trophies feel way more special than steam achievements. I feel like especially achievements with lower completion rates should feel more like an event than a pop-up.

Talk to the devs.
All Valve does is provide a tracking framework.

The devs are the ones who have full control of the achievements for their games on PC.

It is PlayStation that adds the Platinum "you got all the achievements" achievement as a requirement.
Otherwise it is up to the devs to add that.

When people sing the praises of the trophy system on Playstation they always ignore games get abandoned on Playstation, therefore is it really superior system when it cannot incentivise others to continue playing a game.
