Every time I visit the Steam store, I usually find video games that have similar mechanics to other games I've already played. I'm usually interested because it seems like a potentially different mechanic, but it ends up being similar or inferior to other games I already own. It would really help me to know the opinions of other players who have played specific games.

Well, the idea would be a filter that would help me configure a filter that only shows opinions from other players who come from a certain community. This way, I could make an indirect comparison of the experience between two relatively similar games. I know there would be very few, if any, reviews with this filter, and it would probably even depend on whether players have their game catalogs publicly available.
