You can turn on what you see here, if your seeing adult games then that means you opted into seeing them as by default they are disabled

Adult Only Sexual Content is OFF by default. If you are seeing that content you enabled it or someone with access to your account did. I do not see it because i never enabled it.

Well you just admitted the fact that you turned the (Adult only sexual content: Games or content that are sexually explicit or graphic and are intended for adults only.) on in your store Preferences, so if you don't want to see those kinds of games, then you will need to turn it off again.
