Background Recording for selected games.
Currently can turn on background recording for all games, and disable for selected ones. I would like it have option to do exact opposite. Disabled for all games, and enabled for selected ones.

Steam>settings> game recording has the off / on global for all games then you can turn on for individual >Steam>settings>game recording>select option > Record manually. > Steam will record only after you press Ctrl + F11

And then I would need to remember to turn it on, and usually that happens when something worth recording has already happened.
