Valve Techs that work on the Steam User Interface for the client, app, website, do keep track of suggestions and ideas that are suggested for and about the steam user interface, or for the steam online services.
Everything else is ignored as it doesn't belong here.
They will never reply in the forum. But yes they are discussed quarterly, then if selected, a budget set up, for the implementation, coding, and testing in the beta branch of the client. They work on steam time, i.e. slow......
