More Accurate Achievment Percentages
The system for the global achievement percentages is currently flawed, it is bizarre that some achievements that you would get from almost just booting up the game, for example the Getting Your Feet Wet achievement in Subnautica has an 89% where the user just has to get in the water. It would make more sense for the statistics to be based off users that have received an achievement in a title. That way the data is more accurate to users who chase achievements and want to see the percentage of the main player base that have earned them.

This is not an argument that certain achievements should have a 100% completion rate, just that users who have never put significant time or booted the game for 2 minutes before never playing again should not to be counted and is influencing data

So in what way is the 'Getting your feet wet' percentage inaccurate?
The game was in EA for 2 years before achievements were added.
Even if they wanted to, it might not be possible to exclude players who only played during EA from the player count.
89% feels extremely low for an achievement that is just getting into the water in a game that is almost entirely set in the water. I wouldn't expect 100% since players exist that do challenge runs of any variety but it would definitely be more than 89% of players that have earned achievements

I also had seen that Subnautica was a game that had added achievements later in its life cycle. While I understand that my idea would remove the players that had significant hours in the game in the past I don't see why that necessarily matters for the achievement statistics overall. I just think it should represent the number of players that have actually earned them.

Also worth noting while I used Subnautica as an example it is not the reason for this discussion I just brought it up as an example of an achievement I felt was probably misrepresented statistically.
