Revision of the forum rules (political)
You often read political topics in the DE forum now, I don't think Steam is the right place for something like that.
In addition, most discussions lead to nothing except being insulted.
The supporters and moderators only get work unnecessarily because a few weirdos can't follow the rules.

Thank you for your attention and hopefully you will accept my suggestion.

Kind regards, Dennis

It used to be a rule. It was removed.

The Forums Manager is already aware of this request, but valve is allowing it for now.

Rules doesn't stop an active political party attempting to break them. Rules only matter if the community cares.

Judging from your response. You do not understand the problems and your suggestion will not work. I do not think Valve wants to be the judge of political at all.

People who have been accustomed to the de facto privilege of making every community entirely about them and their issues are not going to accept being told they may no longer do this, so this is a nonstarter. Politics has no definition any more so it will be "OBVIOUSLY what I like is not politics but what they like OBVIOUSLY is!" all the way down

The irony of someone within DEID saying this. You anti-wokers do this exact thing literally everywhere.

Wait, he's in DEID?

Man, I can just dismiss everything he says based on that, no matter what the point.

In this case, holy hell this guy is projecting harder than a powerpoint presentation.

He's in DEID, Woke and Censored Games Alert, and Woke Content Detector.
Hopefully with Gabe getting dragged in front of Congress, we'll see it return... among other great things.

Except it won't because all that will happen is only the speech of one side will be declared political and the other side will not be deemed poltical.

I’m in DEID an and I’m married with kids, it’s because it highlights games that promote racism and anti-white ideology. If you are pro-racism to the point of calling people who are anti-racism “incels” it might be time for some serious self reflection.

Define anti-white ideology for the class, please.

If nothing else, the speed with which everyone jumped to try to hash out their silly twitter beefs and play the man, not the ball, as well as tossing the old i slur around, serves as a perfect sort of proof that nobody actually wants to see this sort of argumentation stopped.
