Every cheater ever: I did not cheat - my sister played on my PC. Unban me

Neither Valve nor EAC (that Rust is using) see "my account was stolen" as a valid appeal reason. It's easy to fake, along with "my brother played" etc.

You are responsible for security of your account and all actions on it.

I clarified for Them that I didn't Even play Rust, it's has been in Ky account for nearly 7-6 years played it's roughly 5-6 hours i asked them to remove the game ban from my profile i want to remove the whole game no intention to play it in the Future .

It's So frustrating that's your Account got hacked, no notification, i already have my steam guard and didn't received any thing.

Steam Support confirm that my account was opened in weird IP and it's was Hacked ajd already Contacted them to restore my account, then simpley I can't remove the ban for a stolen Account?

Doesn't Make sense how this system Work , Valve Developer Should Have thr ability to Remove Ban if they Look to a profile Have al of this Years Without anything illegal , remove unfair Bans for stolen Account without Saying We can't Do that
I have Used another platforms without mentioning names and they are helping in those cases with wisdom and varifed thar that You're account got Ban by a stealer So we Can remove your ban after looking to whole evidence.

I hope Steam Support Developer Fixing this Issue And updating there policy according to Game ban for a stolen account when considering all evidence that profile Owner Provided for You .

Accounts are phished not hacked.

You gave away all your account details.

The account name, the password and the KEY to the door, the Steam Guard Mobile code giving them access to the account.

How? by either logging into a known scam site or sites, tailored malware on your PC, the vote for my team scam, you have a pending ban scam on Discord, free knife click the link etc.

How does Steam (a program) know it is not you when all the account details are correct? It doesn't, therefore any action taken on your account is seen as you doing said actions.

The alternative is not plausible:

1) Someone would have to "GUESS" your account name from "millions of possible combinations".

2) Next they would have to "GUESS" your password from "millions of possible combinations" and then match it to your account name with "millions of possible combinations".

3) And finally they would have to "GUESS" the Steam Guard Mobile code "which changes every 30 seconds" to match both your account name and password to then have access your account.

It is entirely irrelevant who played and caused a ban on an account. If an account is detected to have used cheats, account is banned, permanently. Simple as that.

Literally everyone says that you are responsible for your account security. EAC says this. The rust developers say this. It even says this in the agreement that you agree to when you sign up for a Steam account. It pays to read.


EAC bans apply to the account even if it was hijacked at the time

You gave away your login credentials somewhere. This is the only way that Steam accounts are hijacked.

You didn't receive any warning because you gave away the Steam Guard codes as well. There is no way to just guess this stuff. They didn't guess your account email or your account password either, it was all given to them.


Posting about the ban here is pointless, not even Steam Support can remove it and if they can't remove it, no one here can either. There is no one here but other Steam users just like yourself.

That is support's nice way of telling you to go away. They don't handle game bans and have even less control over a ban issued by a 3rd party like EAC.

Pointless Or Not , Steam Support told me to post A discussion About My Case Maybe Developer Team look at it, It's not that they like Remove the Ban i Already Done With That .

You can blame cheaters themselves for ruining the "It wasn't me, it was the "hacker"!!!!" excuse.

Valve used to remove bans due to hijackings.

Cheaters abused it so Valve instituted the policy that we have now where everyone is responsible for the security of their account.

So take it up with those cheaters, because Valve tried to be lenient.

Every other developer has this policy as well because it is a sound policy.

Banning My account? It's not bother me Anyway .

It's how much Players There Going under my situation Got banned Without Even Knowing Something Silly and Make my inner voice said , All of the cheaters in Online Games Tones Og them and I got a banned for nothing Make me laughing 😂😂
