Out of early access notification.
I would like a notification or a pop up with some fireworks something eye catching for when a game you own finally comes out of early access.

I have bought a lot of early access games over the years. I will play a early access game a few times, say that was fun and that I will wait to play it again when it's full release. Then end up forgetting about the early access game while I play something else.

So something like; "The day has finally arrived [insert game name] you bought on [insert date] has finally came out of early access and updated to full release!" Play/download now button.

Thanks for your time and happy gaming!

Game devs can create an announcement that will show up in your What's New shelf in your library to announce their 1.0 release.

I have had notifications for every Early Access game which was going to release.

For the current ones, 3 have a release date.

Yes there is a notification for an update/full release in the what's new feed when you look at your library. The problem being and what made my write my post was that it doesn't stand out.

Going out of early access into full release is a bigger milestone than just another patch/update.

Recently and what brought it to my attention was a game I have just got it's 1.0 release but i didn't know it because that announcement was buried in other game news getting a patch/dlc/server maintenance etc.

Maybe the Early Access games in a library could be highlighted a certain color and recently fully released games can be colored differently.

That would be great if there weren't accessibility issues associated with color blindness. Good thought though!

I do like the idea of being notified if a game is out of early access via some sort of notification, though, considering all devs do otherwise is spam their news feeds about merchandise and advertisements rather than things associated with the end user experience with a game.

There’s also work arounds for color blindness. Different sets of colors for those who are.
