Items I would like to be implemented into Team Fortress 2.

I like the idea of going to a game server and being able to see what other people are doing, what type of weapons they have. How skilled they are, the type of games people have, but with the current form of Casual is was a feature that is no longer an option, Coaching was a fun side activity to get people to experience the game for the first time learn when objectives are, who to shoot and how to metagame their strategies. Please allow specating in Casual servers, allow for Coaching to be usable again, make the game more balanced with team scrambles that can be voted on in the middle of matches, allow for specate in traditional servers that doesn't mess with the intention of determining if an opposing player might be cheating or not. Allow for options to toggle all talk on Casual servers, allow for options to decrease on waiting before games, make it streamlined for interactive play between players by offering players to play on best of 3 servers or 24/7 servers of one map. Thank you.
