Then message the devs directly.
Steam will not do it for you.
Steam cannot and will not force the game devs to do anything.
Also, it's expensive to create subtitles and voice overs.
The people involved have to be paid for their work and depending on the user base for that language, it may not be financially worth it.

Valve isn't EA/rockstar/ubi/2k and "@'s" only works on X or other sites that use tagging.

Feel free to contact them directly or tag them on X if you want to @ them.

Fun fact: originally, @ (and #) didn't do anything special on Twitter and Twitter was small enough that the way apps would handle it was downloading a stream of every tweet being made in real time.

You "deserve" nothing. Thats pure entitlement. How about you make some Turkish language games and show how in demand such as thing is?
