I've lost my steam authenticator

I'm trying to sign in to the account which has the authenticator it just logged me off out m of nowhere now i can't sign in because it's asking my authenticator code.. And my steam code is also not reachable as I need recovery and authenticator code.. 😭😭🙏 If anyone knows anything kindly give your opinion

Sorry, your in the wrong forum, This is a STEAM related sub-forum, to discuss Ideas and suggestions for valve to make to the steam User Interface on the App, client and website and the online steam services. This is not a support forum. You need to contact steam support directly via the client, under the help tab, or via the website.
