Either add an option to see them, or just have them be grayed out like in some other places.

This is a list of top selling games, I want to see all of them just out of curiosity, even the ones I marked ignored. This is a list of top games, not a recommendation engine.

When I open a list of top selling games and I see ONE game, it's weird.

Also Steam Next fest needs an easy ignore button, there's so many poor quality games on there.
