I've noticed that developers now have the option to display Patch Notes when games are updated, which seems to utilize the news feature linked to a game's page in your Library tab. This is a fantastic way to keep players informed about changes in the latest update, and I hope more developers take advantage of it.

Additionally, a Patch Notes link is now visible in the Steam Client's Downloads tab under a game's title when it's scheduled for an update. They also appear during the update process while the content is downloading.

However, once the update has finished downloading and it moves to the Completed column, the Patch Notes link disappears.

Would it be possible to keep this link visible even after the download is complete? This would allow users to read the Patch Notes after the fact, especially since some games are updated automatically when Steam launches.
