There was. Then Steam got restricted in China, so it was removed.

It was there for ~3 days and then...

Restricted...

Valve tried. Now they are working on a separate Steam client just for Chinese users.

We were rejoicing the fact that the spam they made all over the main forums would be redirected there. But then, a day or so before PUBG went 1.0, it was gone. They moved the New to Steam forum to the top of the forum list to curb the other spam.
