Price Drop Alert or Price Alert
I would like to setup certain amounts for certain games and if the prices drops I would like to be notified on my steam or email or steam so I can buy the game. I don't want to spend example 60$ on 1 game but if that game is 29.99$ I Want to purchase it so I need like price drop alert.

More Clear Explanation with Users help below.
He is wanting to be able to set requirements for him to be alerted. So say there is a $60 dollar game and he would want it if it drops to $30 or under so he wouldn't want to be alerted to a 10% sale but wants to be sure if a sale of 50+% off happens that he would be alerted.

While wishlist is useful, as far as I know there's no way to set it up like isthereanydeal to alert at a certain percentage off.

Does that alert you to price drops? I thought it just alerted you of sales.

Not with price but lets you know if there is sale. so it doesnt work if therre is 5$ sale lol .

actually, whenever there is a sale on a game that is on your wishlist it will notify you by sending an email with the discount, original price and after discount price and for how long is it
so I Believe it's what you are looking for

I'm with you, this would be a nice feature that helps you get told only when there is a sale that interests you.

I agree, I'd like that to be a feature built into Steam. If isthereanydeal can have the ability to set a sale threshold, Steam can do it too.
There is a blank space under add to cart where they could put a slider of what threshold of sales you want to be alerted of.

I'd go the other way around:
An offer to issue a "buy a game" offer for a certain "affordable" "you set it up" amount. The "buy a game" shoud be obligatory - you made the offer, you can't say "no" after they say "yes".
So the publishers will be able to get things in figures - like "1000000 people will buy our game for $5, 200000 for $10, 29000 - for $100"

Well we really need some kind of price system for alerts for sure.

How to make sure, your wallet has enough balance to purchase everything, you ordered this way? Or would you rather deduct the money the moment, you made this purchase offer?
Either way, this is going to be more difficult than you think.

[Edit:] Oops, the posting is three weeks old; didn't recognize right away, that the thread was slightly aged. Close enough to be still referred to, I think.

Does it matter? By doing the latter it alerts you of both. It will show you the new price and you can decide whether the price is worth it.
Let's face it. People looking to buy a game at the cheapest possible price (which is really what this is about) won'tr buy when it's just a price drop. They'll wait for a sale. So all price drop notifications will mean is more spam being sent out by steam and them wasting CPU cycles on something that will invariably have no effect on sales.

So I'm short, isthereanydeal is probably one's best bet for finding a game at the price drop you're willing to buy.

I will add my two cents. You can set price alerts on GG.deals[gg.deals] There is a plethora of different options. You can check prices and best deals, and historical lows of every game without even creating an account. But if you log in, then you can set price alerts and connect your Steam account. It's pretty cool, very useful, and easy to manage. Oh, and GG has free API, too if someone wanted to use it. Just sayin' :confusedkarlach:
You can micromanage your notifications at https://isthereanydeal.com/ after downloading your wishlist to free account.
