fav games don't work with amd bulldozer

i have relentlessly tried to play portal 2, the amazing spiderman, borderlands 2, and a bunch of other games on my pc, i'm well within the specs for borderlands 2, my old pc played it 20fps, that was a dual core intel cpu, 2gb ram, my new pc however with it's amd bulldozer tech, and 16 gb of ram plays other games amazingly like dishonored far cry 2, battlefield 3. but farts fails dies and restarts everytime i try to play other games, i want boderlands 2 to work otherwise my money isn't worth using as bog roll.

is it true the bulldozer chips all conflict with these games and other alike, i have heard rumors of downgrading the BiOs, upgrading the catalyst center, disabling the catalyst center, waiting for patches, it's been 2 months and now i'm sick of being left behind to play ♥♥♥♥ games like ultimate spiderman

i'm lucky dirt 3 works, does anybody have any FACTS on how this situation can be remedied or at least partially fixed. replies are indeed welcome A.S.A.P

You must upgrade your motherboard bios. It is the only fix.

But quick overview is that FX has a problem with the DRM on some Steam games because of a microcode bug in the motherboard chipset. The only reliable fix is to update your motherboard BIOS.

it seems that my setup is incompatible with your idea. i'm not part of the MOST crowd. thanks anyway. next?

It should have farted, succeeded, and lived tbh.
