Report a translation problem
My advice is to check your savegames folder
C:\users\*yourusername*\documents\my games\skyrim\saves
and make sure your saves are still under or around 10-12 MB in size. Under that is fine also. If they're larger then either you've put ~450 hours into your character or a mod is bloating the savegame and causing your crashes (which will likely mean you'll have to track down the faulty mod and remove it, and those savegames might well be wrecked. It's not too likely recovering them from that kind of error, unfortunately, though maybe people in the skyrim forum might be able to help you there)
Hopefully it'll be something else other than this, cause it can be a pain in the A**
