which games can you get for max 20 euro and has two copies for me and for a friend

If you are able to strech your budget just a little bit, you are abl to get CS:GO. Garry's Mod is great as well, but i would go for the f2p games like tf2

The steam store has an advanced search. If only it was more obvious. You can limit by a bunch of factors, one of them is price. (but also check if the game has monthly fees).
Also people forget to check that their computer can run it before buying and then want their money back. Valve will NOT allow this. Buy carefully.
