Terraria has no demo on steam. I see it on your steam wishlist, but not in your "all games" list, so according to steam you don't own it/haven't purchased yet. (Maybe the steam store goofed? Seems to have happened alot in recent months.)

If you have spent the money make an official steam support ticket with the appropriate info proving your purchase. It must be a ticket, an email won't be responded to.

I do hope you get your game, I hear Terraria is quite addictive.

In the upper right corner of your Steam Client, click on "yourname's Account" then "account details". See if Terraria is listed there.
