Wait a few days then check your bank statement again. If the money is gone already and you don't have these items then by all means let support know the transaction id. But telling you to purchase again? That does seem kind of silly especially if the transaction actually happened.
Well, it happened for sure, cause my bank system got a mark about it... Even accoun details got a mark about adding funds, but after click on "Authorize" Button my funds on steamwallet just disappeared and there was no items added to my inventroy. Tbh that insulted me a bit, I've spent about 200$ last month on other account and there were no problems.

check your account transaction history, it will have a detailed list of your transactions, if you do not see your items contact support, and give them the details.

If by any means one day you purchase something you get and your money doesnt arrive (w/e was the problem), expect some fast action from Valve (fast action=instant ban of your entire Steam acc), but man your in the outter edge, did you expect them doing something fast?

Tell them you are gonna make a customer claim in your country (dunno where your from) about such fraud with pics of the history payment and the support answer (really, pay again? who braindead person would advice a customer who had his money taken from bank but got no content to "purchase again"?). They may think this is "jauja" just because of being an online service, but taking someones money and falling days to resolve such issue and advising to purchase again, I guess theyr worth the claim. W/e this is an international online service they are subject to laws, and they are forced to give you a solution other than "purchase again", not to mention they are making you waste your time while they got the money already.

Im pretty clear when it comes to money, I act to the companies the same they act to their customers. So far so good. Just try it.

He is being helped. He is also being a bit uncooperative and has made 3 post on this subject.

BurtonJ has looked into it too and posted a reply in the other thread (that he seems to have stopped replying to).

If it isn't in his payment history, then he didn't buy it. That is why it was suggested by support that he buy it again. It is better to be patient and work with the company then to jump strait to false "fraud" complaints that just waste time. Especially when no one knows the entire story.

I'll this is only a misunderstanding about how your bank sets aside funds until claimed. Since there was no transaction, you'll get the money back. I do not suggest any kind of charge-back.

The doomsayers are just trying to rile things up. Don't worry. Wait until you hear from support.
