Picture Glitch
Ok so i was going to put in my new profile picture of my cat (because shes really cute) and I put it in and press "Upload" and it waits. I wait for a minute or two then the words 337.JPG dissapear. I tried it with multiple pictures from the same file and the same happened. Please help!

Click the left box of the upload form area. That should get you the operating system's file picker. You should never hand type the file name into the box. It shouldn't even allow you to.
Once the file is chosen, click upload and you will see it in the three sizes just above the upload form.
The large image is 184x184 pixels so unless you want steam to alter the picture for you, trim/stretch the pic before you upload it.

Its the only way.

But perhaps steam doesn't have the correct Windows user permissions to access the picture.

Copy it off of your camera/whatever onto your hard drive and try again.

Maybe the file is corrupted. Verify you can view the image in a browser. Also try opening it in MSPaint.

If this doesn't work create a steam support ticket(not an email).
