ok. uhh my friend hacked black ops 2 but then steam said i was involvebut i wasnt. so steam charged me $1000 i dont know why ???

support is annoying. i've made a ticket 2 days ago and still no reply. my account was hijacked. steam is so frustrating.

What, did you get an email saying "pay us $1000 or we'll ban you from Steam" or something?

Because that's definitely a scam. Unless you're seeing a $1000 deduction in your bank statement, in which case someone has stolen your credit card information.

^ What that guy said. Sounds like a scam to me, based on your description.

No bans on your profile page. If someone really wants $1000 from you they will ask more directly. Take any screenshots and write down exact wordings and who said it and when. You may also want to confront your "friend" about his poor gaming habits.

Support takes 2-7 days for a first response. They ae extra buisy around sales too. Just have patience.
