What is going on ?
so last week i went to SF. then when i came back i tryed to play tf2 but it cant. so every day all i see is

validating steam files-60% complete

it will not move!

If you havn't already done so, try everything listed in this Steam support article -> Download stalls at a certain percentage

Now my steam is going crazy! my notifications is up to 68 but it all the options is zero! and i have to use the steam website now. it currently says: could not connect to steam network. well my internet is pretty good!
