steam took my game
i traded someone in outpost tf
i gave him unusal he gave me bordelands 2 i played the game about 6 hours
then after few days steam removed the game from my laibrary wtf should ido i want to play this game id dont have 40 dollars to buy it again

Contact support. How would we know what happened? Sounds like you got scammed because you failed to trade properly. Support link is at the top of every page.

We do not know any details so we do not know what they will do. Likely they already did what they want to do.

The person you traded with may have bought the game with a fraudulant credit card or obtained the game through any other illegal means.

Why? Steam did not scam you. Someone else did. Someone traded you a game they did not own.

Maybe they traded you the guest pass... and the few days are up.
Review your trade history on your inventory page. Then say D'oh!

Unless you can find the guy that scammed you and you ask for it and he decides to buy you a new game you do not get it back. The reason you do not get it back is because you was not careful when trading. You caused this yourself. Understand? The game is gone, most likely for good unless support will reverse it. Support is the only possible source of a game back.

After you file a support ticket wait 2 days to 2 weeks until they respond. If you did trade for the demo then you are sol.
