Unless you can find the guy that scammed you and you ask for it and he decides to buy you a new game you do not get it back. The reason you do not get it back is because you was not careful when trading. You caused this yourself. Understand? The game is gone, most likely for good unless support will reverse it. Support is the only possible source of a game back.
After you file a support ticket wait 2 days to 2 weeks until they respond. If you did trade for the demo then you are sol.
