Friend chat spam
Chat spam causes lag, frustration, and sometimes can crash games. there should be a limit on how many times a phrase can be typed within a certain estimate of time.

There should be a chat velocity indicator only seen by the mods of each group(maybe sends a PM). Admins should be able to set the threshold and clearly indicate who the lucky "winner" is.
I would like this so I don't have to actually call an admin in. (I usually have a hard time because my machine grinds to a halt during the flood.)
This... and/or votekicks.

admins should be watching chat rooms and counting word patterns to stop people from lagging and crashing games
