Title- It changes from recommended (1920x1080) to 640x480(which after changing to 1920x1080 it isn't even an option on display settings. Black Ops 1 is unplayable it's so laggy. no matter which resolution. Reddit forums have stated this GPU should be able to play BO1 with ease. IT DOESN'T

I am using my wife's old work laptop (Dell 3420 i7, 16gb ram, 250gb ssd, and intel iris xe graphics)

I am sick of having to go change the resolution every time I open Steam. I can't find any settings to prevent this.

Any clue? Every thing is up to date.
