i got this in response to asking why i couldn't buy apex coins and im not getting any response now. apex is the only game they have blocked purchases on anybody got any suggestions on what to do

I'm sorry to hear that you're still having issues making an in-game purchase.

However, just like what we've mentioned in your previous help request, our system has temporarily prevented your account from continuing to purchase items in this game as we detected unusual activity from it.

As of the moment, there is no further information we can provide about the temporary restriction and what we could recommend is to attempt the purchase again at a later time.
